Education Services Coordinator

Job Summary:The Education Services Coordinator plans, implements and manages education projects in conjunction with internal and external partners; ensures that existing and developing education programs are effective and conform to the overall goals and objectives of the Agency’s strategic plan. This individual also exercises supervision over subordinate professional, paraprofessional, administrative and clerical staff; establishes goals and objectives for the team; and serves as the principle point of representation and liaison with individuals, businesses, organizations, and agencies on education matters.

TEMPORARY Treatment Services Coordinator
Job Title:TEMPORARY Treatment Services Coordinator
Status:Temporary (approx. 3 months)

Job Summary:Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, and accountable to the Program Services Director, the Treatment Services Coordinator is responsible to ensure that residential and treatment services are provided for each resident at a high qualitative level within each respective program. This temporary position requires specialized expertise and knowledge of therapeutic modalities to conduct psychotherapy with individuals, families and groups. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekend, days, swing and/or overnight is required.

Food Services – Cook
Job Title:Food Services – Cook
Status:Full-Time

Job Summary:The Cook will be responsible for providing nutritious meals for ChristieCare clients in a residential treatment setting; adhering to sanitation standards; preparing for special catering events; and working within the guidelines of ChristieCare’s Dietician.

- Two years experience with meal preparation of large quantities in a restaurant or institution

Child & Youth Care Coordinator
Job Title:Child & Youth Care Coordinator
Status:On-Call

Job Summary:ChristieCare seeks full- and part-time Child & Youth Care Coordinators (CYCC) to provide immediate support, safety and a healthy therapeutic environment for children served in the Children’s Receiving Center and the Respite/Shelter program. Children and adolescents are admitted to these programs on a temporary basis. The CYCC will provide transportation to and from schools; provide initial transportation to and from the Respite/Shelter program; facilitate activities; assess and respond to the critical needs (physical, mental, emotional) of children at intake; complete tiemly and appropriate documentation; and perform other duties as assigned.
Salary range: $10.30-$11.00/hour depending on experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in human services or a related field is preferred; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Two (2) years experience in a crisis program or day care setting is preferred.
- Current Oregon or Washington driver’s license, with a driving record acceptable to the agency.
On-Call Emergency Safety Intervention Specialist

Job Summary:ChristieCare seeks On-Call Emergency Safety Intervention Specialists (ESI) to provide on-site coverage for residential programs regarding the use of Special Treatment Procedures (restraint and seclusion).
Minimum Qualifications:- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education Counseling, Counseling or a related human service field.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in a residential treatment setting, providing assessment in response treatment interventions.
- Successful completion of the CESIS certification process through OMHAS.
- Current Oregon or Washington driver’s license.
Teacher Counselor
Job Title:Teacher Counselor
Status:Full-time
Degree Preferred:Bachelor’s Degree
Location:Marylhurst and Oregon City
Job Summary:This position is responsible for providing and maintaining a safe, healthy and therapeutic environment for clients that supports the development of positive emotional growth for the children ages 8 through 18 years. Teacher Counselors lead activities, provide counseling, assist with daily living tasks, and implement our positive behavior support plan as directed by the treatment team.
Salary: Starts at $10.50/hour depending on experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred.
- Two (2) years experience in a hospital or acute care treatment setting preferred.
- Childcare worker/youth counselor experience, other educational, professional or culturally relevant experience may be considered.
- Current Oregon/Washington driver’s license.
