Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary:The Nurse Practitioner provides primary medical care, treatment and referral services to clients.
This position is 4 hours per week .
1. Provide written documentation with each exam and assessment.
2. Provide physical examinations for new residents w/n 7 days of admission.
3. Order labs.
4. Review medical history.
5. Identify, prescribe, and document medications on a PRN basis.
6. Make recommendations for medical care and/or follow-up by RN
7. Document care given, recommendations and/or follow-up care for urgent medical needs.
8. Provide physical exams and related documentation as requested.
BSN with current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.
1 year previous experience as a Nurse Pactitioner.

Job Summary:This position is responsible for providing and maintaining a safe, healthy and therapeutic environment for clients that supports the development of positive emotional growth for the children ages 8 through 18 years. Teacher Counselors lead activities, provide counseling, assist with daily living tasks, and implement our positive behavior support plan as directed by the treatment team.
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred.
Valid Oregon/Washington driver’s license.
Two (2) years experience in a hospital or acute care treatment setting preferred. Childcare
worker/youth counselor experience, other educational, professional or culturally relevant experience may be considered.
