Included in the newsletter is a letter from ChristieCare’s clinical director, Kit Kryger who also serves as AREA’s president, as well as a re-print of Chief Executive Officer, Lynne Saxton’s recent op-ed piece in The Oregonian detailing the extraordinary efforts made by ChristieCare staff during the winter storms. ChristieCare’s programs are guided by a treatment philosophy called Re-Education (Re-ED) a family centered and ecologically based model for addressing mental health issues.
