ChristieCare Featured in Providence’s Community Benefits Report
ChristieCare is proud to be featured in Providence Health & Services’ 2008 Community Benefits Report as a standout non-profit partner organization. ChristieCare was honored last year to receive a $25,000 grant, making us one of many Portland-area organizations who benefit from Providence’s community benefits program. The report features a profile of ChristieCare’s Mosaic Program, a community-based residence for Young Adults in Transition. This program serves a critical need in the mental health service continuum, providing mental health treatment for young adults in need of ongoing treatment who are no longer eligible for children’s services. Program Manager Sommer Wolcott (pictured) works with residents to become healthy, successful members of the community.
