Key Bank Makes a Difference at ChristieCare
May 5th, 2009–Despite the rain, staff and management team members from Key Bank’s Lake Oswego and King City branches enthusiastically volunteered their time at ChristieCare’s Marylhurst campus. As part of its’ Neighbors Make The Difference initiative, Key Bank employees treated ChristieCare kids to a picnic-style cook-out (with plenty of seconds!) and showed their green thumbs while weeding, planting and cleaning-up our garden areas. Especially important was the help they gave us tilling and preparing our community garden for planting; this garden will now be maintained by the kids at ChristieCare.
ChristieCare is grateful for community partners like Key Bank who help us achieve our mission of creating mental health solutions for Oregon’s children and families.
