Mosaic
ChristieCare's Mosaic program is the first of its kind in Oregon and serves young adults between the ages of 17 and 24 who are transitioning from the children's mental health system. The home serves young men and women, who are no longer eligible for children's services and need ongoing intensive mental health treatment. All residents must express interest and motivation to move toward independence with the support of this program.
Treatment is holistic, trauma-informed, individualized, client centered, and strength-based. Young adults receive a high level of support as they focus on the skills they need to live meaningful, productive lives. Specifically, this includes help with employment, education, leisure time, recreation, and daily living skills. The program is designed to be directed by the young adults being served, focusing on their strengths and fostering hope, responsibility, and independence.
